Join the strategic diversity alliance

The Danish Diversity Council welcomes all industries, companies and associations to join and sign up to the forum and thereby strategically advance the next generation of female talents within their organizations.

McKinsey & Company, Maersk, PwC, Tryg, Coloplast, Gorrissen Federspiel, Microsoft, Radiometer, The Foreign Ministry, Danish Chamber of Commerce, Board Network, Lederne and AVT Business School are already partners.

Kim Baroudy, Managing Partner at Mckinsey and part of the DDC CEO Committee explains their partnership:"Mckinsey & Company are one of the initial Founding Partners of the new Danish Diversity Council since our research - of 366 global companies within most industries - clearly shows, that more gender diversity gives better financial results. In the forum of The Danish Diversity Council, companies can find common solutions, learn from each other's experiences, meet international experts and share research. We look forward to helping the next generation of female executives to advance also within our own ranks" says Kim Baroudy, Managing Partner at McKinsey & Company.
