THE DDC STRUCTURE
The Danish Diversity Council aims to address the various issues surrounding gender inequality, and combat them on one professional and strategic platform with the primary intention of getting more women into the top leadership positions in Denmark.
High potential female talents from each participating company will be selected for the Advanced Leadership Program and thereby personally be acknowledged by both the HR Director and their CEO.
The professors in our Advanced Leadership Program are coming from the best universities in the world and their teachings will add value to any management team in Denmark.
Furthermore, the launch of the initiative, the Leadership Program and mentorship arrangement will provide many new female role models.
Meanwhile new corporate initiatives will be discussed in the DDC CEO Committee and suggestions put forward to the relevant political entities, in order to strive to reach gender parity.
